Morocco is one of the native homelands of the indigenous Berber people. The unitary sovereign state is located in the Maghreb region in North Africa. Rugged mountainous interior and large tracts of desert are the country’s typical characteristics. A lengthy coastline as a contrast can be found along the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.

Morocco is a marvellous country with breathtaking nature. It is a country of considerable diversity. Beside some high mountain ranges, ancient cities and their souks, there are also vast deserts, sandy beaches and surfing paradises. Bordering the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, is distinguished by its Berber, Arabian and European cultural influences. Visit Casablanca. Morocco’s largest city is culturally, geographically and financially essential to the continent of Africa and boasts one of the largest ports in the world. Take a camel ride across the Sahara dunes or go hiking and skiing in the central Atlas Mountains. Explore the medina of Marrakesh or visit the souk, the marketplace.
